This program is open to qualified swimmers who want to improve their technique. We will review one competitive stroke each day and then focus on starts and turns on Friday (during the four day week, starts and turns will be incorporated every day.) Our goal is to use stroke drills in a sequence in order to refine the camper’s stroke and improve overall efficiency in the water. The program will also include presentations on nutrition, stretching, goal setting, etc. which help create a well-rounded athlete and improve overall performance.
