This program is open to qualified swimmers who want to improve their technique. With only three days during this session, we will review two competitive strokes on Wednesday and Thursday and then focus on starts and turns on Friday. Our goal is to use stroke drills in a sequence in order to refine the camper’s stroke and improve overall efficiency in the water. The program will also include presentations on nutrition, stretching, goal setting, etc. which help create a well rounded athlete and improve overall performance.
