This program is open to qualified swimmers who want to improve their technique. With only four days during this session, we will review one competitive stroke each day and include starts and turns for the corresponding strokes during those sessions. Our goal is to use stroke drills in a sequence in order to refine the camper’s stroke and improve overall efficiency in the water. The program will also include presentations on nutrition, stretching, goal setting, etc. which help create a well rounded athlete and improve overall performance.
