Ready to improve your swimming technique and have fun doing it? Our energetic and informative coaches will review one competitive stroke each day and then focus on starts and turns on Friday. Our goal is to use stroke drills in sequence as well as above and below water video in order to refine the swimmer’s stroke and improve overall efficiency in the water. Swimmers will also hear from 2012 Olympian Alex Meyer! In addition, camp will also include presentations on nutrition, stretching, and goal setting. It doesn’t matter if swimming is your only sport or if you participate in many different activities….prepare to be inspired as we build skills to create a well rounded athlete and improve overall performance.
