We’ve taken our informative and fun camp experience and condensed it into three days. Our review of each stroke as follows: Monday: Freestyle and Backstroke, Tuesday: Breaststroke, and Wednesday: Butterfly. Each day and include starts and turns for the corresponding strokes during those sessions. Our goal is to use stroke drills in a sequence in order to refine the swimmer’s stroke and improve overall efficiency in the water. The program will also include presentations on nutrition, stretching, goal setting, and listening to an inspirational talk by a National Team member or Olympian. It doesn’t matter if swimming is your only sport or if you participate in many different activities….prepare to be inspired as we build skills to create a well rounded athlete and improve overall performance.
