Coach Kevin: 50 Free. To be fast, you need to perfect the pieces: start, turn, stroke and finish.
Coach Steph: Make friends, focus on your technique and enjoy the race. Don't fixate on the times. If you put together a great race and you are having fun, then you will be rewarded with a fast time. A happy swimmer is a fast swimmer!
