Join us for Technique and Training Tune Up!
The Technique Swim Academy and CRA have partnered to offer coached workouts to youth swimmers ages 9-18. This program will run July 3 - August 31 with an option of two or three workouts per week.
Technique Swim Academy coach, Elizabeth Levy, will write the practices and oversee the technique feedback. A school record holder at Skidmore College, Elizabeth has been coaching for several years and is currently in her second season working with the Harvard coaches at the Technique Swim Academy.
About the program:
- This program is designed for swimmers without a pool and does not require a USA swimming membership. It is ideal for high school team swimmers gearing up for the fall season or experienced youth swimmers looking for technique feedback in a structured workout setting this summer
- Each swimmer will be assigned a lane. Two swimmers per lane starting at opposite ends. Sets will be designed to avoid overlap on the walls.
- This is not a learn-to-swim program. Participants must have knowledge of all competitive strokes and be able to swim freestyle for 200-500 continuous yards.
- All workouts will take place in the Competition Pool at the Boston Sports Institute (BSI), 900 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA and will follow strict operational procedures for health and safety due to COVID-19.
- To maintain the safety of all participants during these times, when this program reaches capacity, it will close.
