Our staff emphasize respect, cooperation and most importantly, the element of having fun while swimming. We realize that camp is typically a time to both gain experience and make friends. While following all local and state guidelines, our goal is to provide a safe and valuable experience that still enables the swimmers to work in a group, improve their technique and race strategy skills and make new friends.

Swimmers MUST be age 9-16 and have prior team experience. This is an advanced program which moves at a rapid pace. If your swimmer is relatively new to the sport and cannot yet legally complete 50 yards of butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle, then this camp may not be a good fit. This camp also requires endurance as swimmers will be in the water for up to two hours at a time which includes a mini practice and video reviews.
