Please have your swimmer arrive in a swim suit and bring a towel, cap and goggles. We will not be using any other equipment in the pool.
Please send your swimmer to the clinic with a water bottle. Hydration during exercise is incredibly important. Your swimmer's name should be on the water bottle.
Please pack a lunch that is easy to eat and provides energy to support your swimmer's needs.
We will introduce swimmers to the proper technique behind some basic land exercises which can further advance their swimming. If you have concerns, please let our staff know in advance.
We will go outside unless there is inclement weather. Shoes and a cover up MUST BE WORN. Swimmers will not be permitted to participate in dryland exercises without proper attire. Sneakers please, no crocs, sandals or flip flops.
We will accommodate friend requests. However, if the request places two swimmers of different abilities together, then both may be placed in the less advanced group.
