Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations for Technique Swim Academy programs are non-refundable unless Program Protection Insurance is purchased at the time of online registration.

If you did not purchase Program Protection Insurance but wish to transfer your registration to another available camp week or clinic:

• Transfers are subject to lane availability in the requested session.
• All transfers apply strictly to the current program season/fiscal year.
• Session credits are non-transferable to future program years or other participants.

Program Protection Insurance provides full financial protection and peace of mind in the event of unexpected illness, injury, or scheduling conflicts.

• Full Refund Guarantee: Purchasing this protection entitles you to a 100% refund of your registration fees if your swimmer is unable to attend.
• Flexible Transfers: If your swimmer becomes sick or injured and you prefer to switch to a different week in the same summer rather than cancel, we will gladly accommodate the transfer (subject to availability) or process your full refund.
• Cancellation Deadline & Notice: To receive a refund, written cancellation notice must be received prior to the start of the registered camp or clinic session. Requests received after a session has begun are not eligible for reimbursement.
• How to Cancel: Submit your cancellation request via email to admin@techniqueswimacademy.com or via text to 617-484-0550 prior to your session's start date.
