We will have four events, with each taking about 20-30 minutes, where swimmers will compete in a way that puts a creative twist to the sport of swimming!
1) The Log-Roll: Swimmers will have a chance to practice on a water “log” and see how long they can remain upright!
2) Team event: Swimmers will be placed on teams where they will have to work together to compete in a fast-paced bowling-themed swim relay. Being adaptable with their swimming skills is the name of the game.
3) Obstacle course: Over and under, swimmers will compete against others in their age group to see who will come out on top. Swimmers should definitely be prepared to think outside of the box with this challenge.
4) Everything-But-Swimming Relay: Teamwork will truly be put to the test. This relay will work on team building and guarantee laughter
After the four events, swimmers will be permitted, free time to play in the pool, with access to the diving boards, under the supervision of our coaches and lifeguards. Our mission is to create a fun environment where swimmers across New England can come together to work hard and achieve greatness utilizing swimming as their common bond. Not only are we excited to host this event on a day where so much greatness is achieved annually during the Boston Marathon but we will do our part to help those struggling in the Ukraine by donating the registration fees to United Help Ukraine .
